Need a skin for my site.
I like the blue commune so dont mind a modification of that.
I like the little menu on top left of the blue commune
It needs to be fluid.
I need, the welcome to be right justified
I need a second level of menu running horizontal under the header as i have a torrent site which will have other pages related to torrents which i will like to display as well.
It needs to be for vbulletin 3.5 series
I will pay for the skin so make it exclusive :)
